Join Todd Schall-Vess, General Manager of the Byrd Theatre, as he takes you back in time and shares the history and making of the Byrd. Learn about the Wurlitzer Organ and Czechoslovakian-crystal chandelier, a few beautiful aspects within the building, as well as the architecture, films and events held within the Byrd's walls.
Tour proceeds benefit the Byrd Theatre Foundation, the mission of which is to restore and preserve the Byrd Theatre. The tour will include the lobby, mezzanine, balcony, and projection booth. Time will be allowed for questions.
Cost is $15, walk-ups possible if space allows. Online sales cease at 1pm the day prior. Byrd books and shirts will be available for purchase. All proceeds will benefit The Byrd Theatre Foundation.
